Timber frame floor panels
The average timber frame house is usually completed
in ten to twelve weeks - half that of brick and block houses of
similar size. Erection of the frame in a matter of days allows a
watertight envelope to be formed permitting work to commence simultaneously
both internally and external. Timber frame design is flexible. Any
shape or type of building can be constructed using this method.
Constructing floor cassettes reduces the erection
time and increases site safety.
We produce all the necessary calculations, layouts,
manufacturing drawings and cutting information, using the latest
dedicated Consultec software, for fabricating factory made floors.
Disproportionate collapse requirements are fully incorporated into
our designs.
