This prestigious development is located on the Thames Embankment, adjacent to Chertsy Bridge. The site was previously occupied by a boat yard, encouraging the architect to embody a nautical theme into the design. Porthole style windows and curved roofs with exaggerated eaves overhangs added to the overall impression of the development.

Balconies are well positioned to take full advantage of the view over the river, and a curved open atrium gives a luxurious entrance to the units. These special features created many challenges to our Engineers and Timber Frame Designers but the results speak for themselves.
